- 3 hour time limit; and
- No Parking from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. December 1 through April 1

Area of Use

- Permit is NOT valid where signs are posted with other conditions while those conditions are in effect. Outside of those condition hours, the space reverts to a 3 hour limit and a permit can be used
- Permit is NOT valid in downtown paid parking spaces at any time
- Permit is NOT valid in No Parking areas
During Winter Control - IMPORTANT
- Parked vehicles which interfere with winter control operations are subject to a fine of $60
- Interfering means causing a plow or salter truck to veer off path and go around a vehicle or preventing a plow or truck from entering an area or street. For road safety reasons, the road needs to be cleared and salted from curb to curb
- Permits do not exempt vehicles from this regulation
- For information on the status of the City’s winter control operations, visit www.oshawa.ca/snow

- Until that time, vehicles need to comply with all parking regulations
